Sat on a patch of grass at Gatwick Airport , you would probably not look twice at the mould-covered shell of this plane. But while it has been left there unloved for a number of years, the Handley Page Herald G-CEXP was once at the forefront of British aviation and is now one of only four left in the world. BREEAM New Construction 2018. The current ‘BREEAM New Construction 2014’ scheme will be closing to registrations on 23rd March 2018. After this date, any new build projects that are not registered will be assessed under ‘BREEAM New Construction 2018’. As with all updated schemes, this new one will be more onerous and therefore the cost of achieving a Very Good or Excellent rating is likely to increase.
