BREEAM New Construction 2018. The current ‘BREEAM New Construction 2014’ scheme will be closing to registrations on 23rd March 2018. After this date, any new build projects that are not registered will be assessed under ‘BREEAM New Construction 2018’. As with all updated schemes, this new one will be more onerous and therefore the cost of achieving a Very Good or Excellent rating is likely to increase. We recommend that our clients pre-register any existing or upcoming new build projects that they know are likely to require a BREEAM assessment, before the 23rd March. All BRE ‘known’ projects registered prior to this deadline will continue to be assessed under the more advantageous ‘BREEAM New Construction 2014’ ...

As a result of ongoing expansion and a growing team, the time had come to increase our office space.
